ABOUT ME
Pat is an accomplished Veteran who served in the United States Army as a Communication Specialist. She is an award-winning International Speaker, Author, and Certified Life, Business and Empowerment Coach. She has spent over 20 years working in Corporate America for Fortune 500 companies managing teams in Operations and Sales to achieve successful business results and surpass goals. Pat has always been passionate about coaching, developing, and bringing out the best in people. While working in Corporate America she learned a very important lesson when coaching people to achieve performance results and that was “it’s hard for everything to be right in the workplace, when everything is going wrong at home”, which is why she created the 360 Coach Program which helps leaders focus on all aspects of their employees development - career, life, and relationships. She is passionate about helping women increase their self-esteem and confidence to reach their fullest potential.
